CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel your booking prior to 15 January 2007 then AMEC will retain 20% of the total amount paid. In respect of any cancellations made on or after the 15 January 2007, AMEC will retain 50% of the total amount paid. In exceptional circumstances, the organiser reserves the right to change the programme without notice.
